Based on site at our client in Hatfield, are currently looking to recruit an Account Manager/ Snr Consultant for our Yodel contract

• Based onsite Monday - Friday 09:00-18:00
•  
• Weekends maybe required in peak times
•  
• Responsible for recruiting additional 50 HGV drivers 
•  
• Managing day to day planning of 50-90 drivers 
•  
• Salary - up to £35k for a manager, £30k for a Snr consultant  

Your New Role

As an Account Manager/Consultant you will work closely with the client by taking responsibility for managing the logistics and other administrative tasks associated to the client.

The Role

• Client relationship management - gaining strong understanding of the client recruitment needs through continued relationship building.
• Recruitment to maintain and increase the pool of candidates
• Planning - fulfilment of daily requirements
• Working towards weekly/monthly KPIs and revenue targets.
• Maintain databases and internal systems.
• Maintain auditable compliance from the initial registration and repeated requirements.

The Package

• up to £35k (negotiable dependent upon experience)
• Extensive internal and external training package and strong emphasis on career progression and development

About You

• Candidate Recruitment ,planning experience is essential, ideally within the Driving/ industrial/warehouse/supply chain & logistics sector or similar.
• Proven track record of achievement against KPIs and revenue targets.
• Appreciation of the importance of excellent service delivery

• Ability to demonstrate strong understanding of client recruitment requirements and source candidates matching their needs.
• Full UK driving licence 
• Customer service background
• Strong technical knowledge relevant to the logistics and transport sector
