Branch Manager - Business Development

Are you an experienced Recruitment Manager looking for a new challenge? Do you have a proven track record of achieving sales and business development targets in the industrial and driving sectors? If so, you may be the ideal candidate for our  role based in our Newton le Willows branch

Based from our Newton le Willows branch you will manage and grow a  fairly new branch, with roles ready to fill that have been generated from the existing client base. This role  is an exciting challenge for you to take on your next new venture within Recruitment with lots of sales and business development 

Your New Role
As a Business Development Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing and growing your own desk, as well as generating new business opportunities and maintaining existing relationships with clients in the industrial and driving sectors. You will also be expected to source and screen candidates, negotiate and close deals, and work towards your personal and team targets. You will have the autonomy and support to work in a way that suits your style and skills, as well as the opportunity to progress within the company

Working Monday to Friday 08-00 18-00

The Role

  • New business development - Telephone and face-to-face in order to generate new clients.
  • Client relationship management - gaining strong understanding of the client recruitment needs through continued relationship building.
  • Resourcing - attracting, screening, Interviewing and introducing candidates to clients 
  • Planning - fulfilment of daily requirements
  • Working towards weekly/monthly KPIs and revenue targets.

The Package

  • Up to £50,000 negotiable  dependant upon experience 
  • Achievable bonus based on GP performance, business increases allowing maximum earning potential 
  • Extensive internal and external training package and strong emphasis on career progression and development

About You

  • Recruitment Sales experience and proven success is essential, ideally within the Driving/ industrial/warehouse/supply chain & logistics sector or similar.
  • Ability to source, generate and convert new sales leads.
  • Proven track record of achievement against KPIs and revenue targets.
  • Appreciation of the importance of excellent service delivery
  • Ability to demonstrate strong understanding of client recruitment requirements and source candidates matching their needs.
  • Full UK driving licence 
  • Sales, customer service background
  • Strong technical knowledge relevant to the logistics and transport sector
