Role Summary 
HG are recruiting Class 1 Shunters to work with our prestige client based in Warrington with immediate start dates available, newly passed drivers are welcome!  The job is easy and clean with guaranteed 5 shifts per week, on-going.  We have rota patterns for committed drivers on a fixed pattern with overtime and extra shifts available.  

Pay rates PAYE (rolled up holiday inclusive)
£16.15 - £20.90 per hour Days  
£16.15 - £20.90 per hour Afternoons  
£17.40 - £22.02 per hour Nights  

HGV1 PAYE CHRISTMAS RATES applicable from 13/10/2024 – 14/12/2024 
£18.09 - £23.14 per hour Days 06:00 – 14:00 
£19.50 - £24.26 per hour Nights 22:00 – 06:00 

Shift start times available
06:00 – 14:00
14:00 – 22:00
22:00 – 06:00

Available rota’s but not limited to 
Sunday – Thursday 
Tuesday – Saturday 
Wednesday – Sunday

Annual Earnings
Earn a minimum of £41,990 on Days based on a 50 hour a week, work 6 days a week and earn £50,388. 
Earn a minimum of £41,990 on Afternoons on a 50-hour week, work 6 days a week and earn £50,388
Earn a minimum of £45,240 on Night based on a 50-hour week, work 6 days a week and earn £54,288. 

Requirements 
HGV C+E Class 1 license – 6 Months Experience 
Full HGV C+E licence with no more than six points for minor endorsements 
Digital Tacho and Driver Qualification Cards 
A good understanding of Drivers hours, regulations, and Working time directive 
Excellent geographical knowledge 
Customer focused attitude
