HGV Class 1 Tramper Drivers

HGV C+E Driver(s) – Tramper UK – On Going Work – Immediate Start

Requirements

• Monday to Friday tramping
• Container Experience.
• Minimum of 1-year experience as an HGV Class 1 driver
• Maximum of 6 points on your license
• Ideally, a valid RHIDES card
• willing to work weekends
• Valid Driver's (CPC)
• Ability to drive HGV Trucks safely and efficiently
• Excellent knowledge of road safety regulations
• Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach
• Good physical condition to load and unload cargo
• Following Safety procedures when loading and unloading cargo
• Inspect vehicles for mechanical issues and safety concerns before and after trips
• Maintain accurate driving logs and ensure compliance with road regulations

Pay Rates:

• Monday - Friday (Days):  upto £20.00 per hour / 50 Hours Per Week

**Nights out are paid at £25.00 per night + Meal Allowance **

Role Summary

HG are recruiting Class 1 Container Drivers to work with our client based in Kettering with immediate start dates available

This is an ongoing temporary position with the consistency, commitment & benefits associated with “full time work” you can enjoy the flexibility of temporary work but the security of working for a leading Haulage Company.

You will be required to carry out general haulage duties to UK ports and  Distribution Centres
