About the Role
HG Engineering are recruiting experienced Quality Control Inspectors to join a long-established manufacturer of high-quality machined parts for sectors including Aerospace and Oil & Gas. This is a permanent dayshift position, with a 4-day work week offering excellent work-life balance.

What You’ll Do
• Perform visual inspections of final parts
• Use a variety of measuring tools, including CMM
• Read and interpret engineering drawings
• Complete inspection reports for sign-off
• Support production with general machining and feedback on errors

What We’re Looking For
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a high-precision manufacturing environment
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience with CMM programming (QCT preferred)
• Familiar with ISO9001 standards, NCR reporting, and calibration
• Ability to document and report quality issues and customer feedback
