Support Worker – Adult Supported Living & Residential Services in Yorkshire
Overview
Support Workers are needed across Yorkshire for adult supported living and residential services. These include shared and independent living settings. You will support adults with various needs, including older people with dementia, individuals with profound and multiple learning disabilities (PMLD), autism, and mental health conditions. Shifts may include weekends, early mornings, evenings, and waking nights.

Role Summary
Join a committed team delivering emotional and practical care to vulnerable adults.
Provide high-quality care based on person-centred plans
Support daily living tasks such as personal care, meal preparation, medication, and shopping
Encourage independence and dignity through meaningful activities
Work independently and take sole responsibility when required
Adhere to Social Care Wales and Care Inspectorate Wales regulations
You must be 18 or over to apply
Requirements
Previous experience in a social care setting
Knowledge and commitment to Equal Opportunities
Understanding of regulatory care frameworks
RQF Level 2 or higher in social care
Awareness and understanding of:
Learning Disabilities
Autism
Dementia
Positive Behaviour Support (PBS)
