3.5 Tonne Van Drivers

Customer Delivery Drivers – Van 3.5 tonne

H&G Recruitment are looking for reliable van drivers for a leading supermarket. We are looking for professional Home Delivery drivers with excellent levels of customer service to deliver groceries to customers.

Potential Temporary to Permanent positions

• Rota's available - 3 and 4 days a week guaranteed, Friday - Monday
• PM and AM drivers needed
• Assessments available from WC 21st April 2025

Job Description:

• Greet customers and ensure their delivery is delivered on time and provide all customers with delivery updates.
• Ensure all vehicle checks are carried out accurately.
• Part Time and Full Time Available.
• Deal with any queries and complaints in a professional manner if they arise.
• MUST be able to work EVERY Monday & Friday.
• Must have weekend availability.
• Manual handling involved,
• Must be physically fit
• AM and PM shifts available.

Days Start times between: 04:30-10:30

Nights Start times between: 11:00-16:00

Pay Rates:

Days/Afternoon  = £13.92 per hour 

Nights  = £16.59 per hour

What we require from you:

• A UK licence (Manual) for at least 12 months with no more than 6 penalty points.
• Valid DBS Check
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Previous experience for Customer Delivery Drivers (not essential)
• Enthusiastic, friendly personality
