Looking for a well-paying HGV Class 1 driving role with guaranteed hours and plenty of overtime?
We are recruiting for HGV Class 1 Drivers for store delivery work at our established Wincanton site in Northampton, delivering frozen, chilled, and ambient goods to a well-known supermarket. This role offers flexibility, competitive pay rates, and a guaranteed 8 hours per day.

Pay Rates (Pre-Parity – First 12 Weeks PAYE):

• Monday – Friday (Days 06:00 – 17:59): £18.00
• Monday – Friday (Nights 18:00 – 05:59): £19.00
• Saturday & Sunday (00:00 Saturday – 23:59 Sunday): £22.00
• Overtime (After 47.5 hours/week): £22.00 - £26.20
• Bank Holidays (Days): £36.00
• Bank Holidays (Nights): £38.00

Pay Rates (Parity – After 12 Weeks PAYE):

• Monday – Friday (Days 00:00 – 23:59): £21.21
• Monday – Friday (Nights 18:00 – 23:59): £22.39
• Saturday & Sunday (00:00 Saturday – 23:59 Sunday): £23.00
• Overtime (After 47.5 hours/week): £31.82 - £33.59
• Bank Holidays (Days): £42.42
• Bank Holidays (Nights): £44.78

Shift Start Times Available:

• 20:00 - 02:00

Available Rotas (Not Limited To):

• Sunday – Wednesday
• Wednesday – Sunday
• Tuesday – Saturday

Requirements:

• HGV C+E Class 1 license (minimum 12 months C+E experience)
• Full HGV C+E licence with no more than six points for minor endorsements
• Digital Tacho & Driver Qualification Cards
• Strong understanding of Driver’s Hours, regulations, and Working Time Directive
• Excellent geographical knowledge
• Customer-focused attitude
