Newly Qualified Class 1 welcome, training given prior to assessment

HG are recruiting Class 1 Drivers to work with our client based out of either Thrapston or Islip Depots. This can be a full or part time role within the shifts required below with overtime available

Preferred shifts below, with start times between 16:00 and 04:00

• Sunday – Thursday   
• Tuesday – Saturday  
• Friday – Tuesday   
• Thursday – Monday   
• Part time weekend workers  

Pay Rates

• PAYE - £15.67 - £33.61
• Umbrella - £19.35 - £41.50

The role

• Trunking and store delivery across the UK
• Maximum of 2 drops per shift
• Minimum of 8 hours paid per shift

Requirements

• HGV C+E Class 1
• Newly Qualified Welcome
• Full HGV C+E licence with no more than six points for minor endorsements
• Digital Tacho and Driver Qualification Cards
• A good understanding of Drivers hours, regulations, and Working time directive
• Excellent geographical knowledge
• Customer focused attitude
• Eligible to work in the UK
