HGV Driver

Role Summary
HG are recruiting HGV2 and HGV 1 Drivers for our established Wincanton site in Charlton, the role is store delivery good for a well-known supermarket, delivering, frozen, chilled and ambient goods to London Convenience stores.  This role offers plenty of overtime and flexibility, with fixed rota’s available for a minimum of 4 shifts per week.  Pay rates are very competitive, from day one, with a guarantee of 8 hours per day!

Rates PAYE

• Days 05:00 – 17:59 from £17.60 - £19.94
• Nights 18:00 – 04:59 from £19.01 - £20.78
• Overtime Days, after 42,5 hours worked weekly 05:00 – 17:59 from £17.60 - £25.15
• Overtime Nights, after 42,5 hours worked weekly 18:00 – 05:59 from £24.51 - £26.00
• Bank holidays Days from £22.81 - £25.15
• Bank Holiday Nights from £24.22 - £26.00

Shift start times available

• 18:00 – 22:00
• 22:00 – 00:00

Requirements

• HGV C+E Class 1 license 
• Full HGV C+E licence with no more than six points for minor endorsements
• Digital Tacho and Driver Qualification Cards
• A good understanding of Drivers hours, regulations, and Working time directive
• Excellent geographical knowledge
• Customer focused attitude.
