Job Opportunity: HGV Class 2 Driver (HIAB)

Shift Pattern: Monday – Friday (Fixed ongoing pattern, overtime and extra shifts available)

Role Summary:

HG are recruiting an HGV Class 2 Driver with HIAB experience for multi-drop retail deliveries across the UK. The role is based in Burton on Trent with immediate start dates available. This is a Monday to Friday position with regular overtime and additional shifts. The work is clean, generally involving up to 4 drops per day. 6 months+ driving experience is required.

Pay Rates:

• Monday to Friday (All hours worked): £14.20
• Monday to Friday (After 47.5 hours worked): £17.75
• Saturday (All hours worked): £17.75
• Bank Holiday (All hours worked): £21.30

Requirements:

• HGV Class 2 licence with 6 months+ driving experience
• HIAB experience
• Full HGV C licence (no more than six points for minor endorsements)
• Digital Tacho and Driver Qualification Cards
• Good understanding of drivers' hours, regulations, and the Working Time Directive
• Excellent geographical knowledge
• Customer-focused attitude
