06:45 – 18:45, based on a rotating 2-week shift pattern:

• Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday

• Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure digital cut files meet required specifications and are processed with appropriate settings
• Operate the Guilly Polar 115 machine efficiently, reporting any faults or concerns
• Carry out daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance as per manufacturer’s guidelines
• Update the data collection system throughout your shift to record Quality, Cost, and Delivery metrics
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised cutting department
• Dispose of waste materials in line with company recycling procedures
• Follow health and safety regulations and report any issues to the Machines Manager
• Monitor stock levels of blades, router bits, and other consumables; place orders as needed
• Be available for extended shifts when required to meet production schedules
• Assist with other tasks as requested

Requirements

• Proven experience working on Guilly Polar 115 machines
• Ability to produce high-quality work consistently
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Able to follow instructions accurately and raise issues when necessary
• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Self-motivated and proactive approach to work
