Warehouse Operative/FLT Driver

HG are now recruiting for Warehouse Operatives with FLT licence for our client based in Gateshead. 

Rate of Pay: £11.44 per hour PAYE 

Day and Night shifts available 

Average hours per week 40 hours, 5 shifts out of 7

Your duties will include loading, unloading and the labelling of home furnishings.

This role requires driving an FLT vehicle alongside physical manual handling tasks, items will vary in size and weight.

Shift times are flexible, working 5 days from 7 with 8-hour shift on a rolling rota. Shift patterns include weekends and bank holidays on a rota, with 1 weekend off in 3.

Minimum of 40 hours per week. Starting and finishing times can vary due to factors outside of our control so there is an expectation that you will be prepared to work overtime in order to complete your allocated duties.

It is likely that you will work more than your contracted hours per week but you will be paid overtime for any additional hours you work. Overtime is paid at flat rate.
